Service Description

A Innovative and exciting class, Bec wanted to design something unique that could really provide a great different style of dance fitness class. This class starts with a few toning tracks, routines to hit different muscle groups, either using small weights or your own body weight. The Middle section of the class then foucuses on your back with a wonderfully freeing & relaxing contemporary dance section. followed by a full body dance based stretch out. This class leaves you feeling like you had a full body massage...perfect! *Stretch & Flex works perfectly alongside our Dance Fitness classes - take a look for our Back 2 Back class deals!
